Update - 9th July 2020. Government guidelines have today stated that dance studios can re-open from 25th July 2020. We are still awaiting confirmation from our Association, and for clearer guidelines on the steps we will need to take to ensure the safety of our pupils. We also need to liaise with our venues, but step by step we will return. We will be in touch with all of our pupils with any updates as soon as we have them.
Thank you for your continued support throughout what has been a difficult few months,
June 2020 - We are following the Government guidelines and those of our Dance Association regarding when we will be able to re-open. All pupils, and parents should have received the June Newsletter.
Our Risk assessment's are completed and we are awaiting the next Government announcement with regard to re-opening as soon as it is safe to do so.
We will be implementing many extra measures to ensure it as safe as possible for our pupils and their families to return to lessons. At such time a 'return to dance' policy will be sent out to all of our pupils.
Thank you to all of those pupils who are attending zoom classes with us. We are very much enjoying seeing you all.
Our pre-recorded solo Ballroom & Latin fitness routines are still available for you to enjoy, and keep you active. Perfect for all of our Dancers, even children and parents. All we ask is that you clear a suitable floorspace, wear suitable footwear for your flooring, and that children are supervised.
We will be in touch with the next update as soon as we can. Stay safe, and keep dancing.
Update 20/03/2020 - We have had confirmation today that Under the Glitterball will be postponed. We are extremely disappointed about this, but relieved that we will be able to reschedule for a time when many of our audience will no longer be in the self isolation period, and hopefully before our older girls leave for University. We are also rescheduling our Skipton weekend, currently booked for 22nd May 2020.
Our next dance school show will be held on Saturday 25th April at 11am and 18.30pm at The world famous Blackpool Tower Ballroom. General dancing will be available for our adult pupils (ticket only) between 14.15 - 17.15pm. Tickets on sale now!!!
